Our Team

Jack oversees all day-to-day property management operations in both California and Texas. Jack handles everything from vendor relations to ongoing maintenance management to supervising larger scale maintenance/capex projects.  Jack has years of experience working in both commercial and residential property management.  Jack worked at a few boutique commercial property management firms in San Diego and Orange County where he managed portfolios upwards of 1MM SF of commercial property.

Prior to founding TerraCore along with Dan Chiavario, Jack served as the Senior Property Manager and later the Director of Property Management at Strategic Asset Management Group, Inc. Before joining Strategic, Jack worked as an Assurance Associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) based out of their Chile office.  While at PwC Jack was a part of multiple teams that audited international companies operating in the commercial forestry, commercial fishing, telecommunications, and agriculture industries.  As a result of living and working in Chile, Jack is completely fluent in Spanish.
