Our Team

Dan is a partner at TerraCore and he is responsible for all accounting and financial reporting across the entire company portfolio. Dan also works closely with clients involved in entitlement projects or when repositioning their investment property. As a seasoned commercial real estate professional, he started as a Property Accountant and Manager for commercial multi-family and retail real estate properties in 2006. Since that time, he has grown his expertise by managing other product types including office, medical, hotel and light industrial properties.

Prior to co-founding TerraCore along with Jack Tooley, he served as the Principal Broker and Asset Manager at Strategic Asset Management Group, Inc. While at Strategic, he was responsible for devising and implementing various investment strategies to maximize cash flow and ROI for the clients while also providing a width breadth of commercial real estate consulting services including brokerage, leasing, and development. Prior to his real estate career, he held corporate finance management positions at Rowe Furniture Inc., Jack in the Box Inc., and Alliant Insurance Services, Inc. He enjoys spending time with his wife and young daughter and is an avid skier, surfer, and hiker.
