Alex Arellano is a seasoned Property Accountant with a proven track record in financial management and analysis. Her career began at Dell Corporation, where she streamlined accounting processes. Alex then transitioned to one of San Diego’s leading home builders, where her keen eye for detail led to the early detection of potential financial discrepancies. Prior to joining TerraCore, Alex served as the property accountant at Strategic Asset Management Group, Inc. At Strategic Alex oversaw accounts payable/receivable and compiled comprehensive financial reports. Her experience in commercial real estate accounting has been instrumental in optimizing the company’s financial performance and ensuring regulatory compliance. Outside the office, Alex is a certified diver who has explored the vibrant underwater worlds of the Caribbean, swimming alongside reef sharks and encountering rare species like the hawksbill sea turtle and the lined seahorse.
