That’s what real estate does.  You can acquire income producing properties where each month you are getting paid by your property just for owning it.  You can do anything, live any where and each month you’ll have that money.  To develop that level of passive income from your real estate investments, you need time, focus, discipline, some luck, and a good team that can be with you over the long term, helping and advising you as you build your portfolio. 

That’s what we do at TerraCore.  We aren’t just a property management company, we’re your teammate.  Yes, we’ll help you manage the day to day operations of your property, but we’ll also help you make decisions on how to improve your property, we’ll work with your broker to help you maximize the sale price of your investment properties or help you underwrite a property you may want purchase.  Brokers and property managers can come and go…….and they do……but our goal is to work with select clients on a long term basis and really be your partner and your teammate.  You along with each of our clients can be a success story and we’d simply like to be on that journey with you and help you along the way.
